Cooking / Eating
In a real expedition vehicle, you will find neither microvave nor pizza-oven nor toaster nor other convenience appliances. My equipment is rather Spartan. Nevertheless, I can cook almost everything - from soup to steaks - without any problems. Only the more exotic things would need more efforts (but I am not a great cook anyway). Therefore, I live quite comfortable with my meals on trips. Even the morning coffee is no problem. When I get up, it is almost ready to drink on the table.
On the other hand, I found it important that I can also cook and eat inside my cabin in case of bad weather, blood-sucking insects or other bugs. Even doing the dishes can be organised 'in-house'.
Up to now, my equipment has proven of value. Though I have no excessive comfort, my istallations are practicable and within my budget.
